Shipping policy
Delivery is made within Germany, in the European Union (EU) and to the following countries:

Shipping costs
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs from 5 € per order.
European Union (incl. VAT):
We charge shipping costs in the EU per weight, beginning with 12 €.
Deliveries abroad (without VAT):
We charge shipping costs in world countries per weight, beginning with 14 €.
Download products:
There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier). Download products can be downloaded via link sent by email.
The e-mail with access data for the execution of the download will be sent within 12 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, directly after your payment instruction).
Pre-orders (mixed baskets)
The shop charges shipping costs only once. If your order contains one or more in-stock books together with a pre-order book, shipping will usually take place when the pre-ordered book is ready on the specified date. This means that Microzeit will only send one package with all products of the respective order. Exceptions are non-European orders with 1–2 books, where the shipping costs will be split automatically. For all other orders: Partial deliveries would be only possible for additional shipping costs.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2-4 days in Germany, within 4-10 days to European countries and in 10–25 days overseas (after the time of your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
