Shipping Terms
Delivery is made within Germany, in the European Union (EU) and to the following countries:

Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs from 5 € per order. Orders above 50 € will be shipped for free.
Deliveries abroad:
We charge shipping costs in the EU per weight, beginning with: 12 €
We charge shipping costs in non-EU countries per weight, beginning with: 14 €
Delivery of download products:
There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier). Download products can be downloaded via link sent by e-mail.
The e-mail with access data for the execution of the download will be sent within 12 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, directly after your payment instruction).
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1-4 days in Germany, within 4-14 days to European countries and in 8–30 days overseas (after the time of your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
